Chao Wang has received his BS degree on Electrical and Information Engineering, at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), in July, 2002. He has received his PhD degree in the majority of infomation and signal processing, at June, 2007. He has been a visiting student in Visual Computing Group, Microsoft Research Asia (MSRA), from December, 2005 to September, 2006. Dr. Wang has joined Omnivision Technologies (Shanghai) Inc.(OVTI) in July 2007, and now he is taking the position of Sr. Staff Image Scientist. He has been working on a variety of topics in image processing, including image fusion , image denoising, image enhancement, image decomposition and compression, stereo matching, HDR, etc.
