Sesame Ginger Dressing

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2/3 cup rice vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced or grated

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 cup canola or vegetable oil

salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoons Asian seasoning (optional)

Put everything in a mason jar and shake! This makes a good amount so use a quart size jar.
