Honey Ginger Balsamic Dressing

2 medium cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped or grated ginger

1 shallot, minced

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup canol oil

salt & pepper to taste

I use mason jars for all my dressing. Just throw everything into the jar, shake it up and serve. Keep refrigerated.
