Beginning Karate

Beginning karate is easy! All you need to do is come to your first practice. Beginners can start practicing karate practice at any age. (Children must be at least 7 years old.) Ideally, you will practice karate throughout your life, so are never too old to start. 
Beginners should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity such as a t-shirt and shorts or yoga pants. A uniform is not mandatory in the first few months of your practice.

Since we are a non-profit organization, we do not make a profit from selling you uniforms or belts. You may purchase a karate uniform after you have practiced for 2 months or so from any retailer as long as it is a plain, white, karate uniform.
