Clients applying for assistance need to complete a simple request form and a staff interview.  Once CUOC as verified the circumstance surrounding the request, the type of need is determined, and assistance provided.

The CUOC food pantry program has a policy to help all those in need no matter where they live; however, clients residing outside Randolph County will be referred to pantries in their country for future assistance and clients from areas where a community food pantry now exists may be encouraged to apply there for extended needs.

CUOC can provide a shelter list for immediate homeless assistance.  Call us at 336-625-1500.

The CUOC Medical Assistance Program has three components:

1.  Lend medical equipment
2.  Assist with emergency prescriptions.
3.  Provide assistance for individuals with no insurance with applying for indigent pharmacy programs.
