From beginning to end, the Chairman's Ball will provide a delectable range of food 
and drink for guests to enjoy. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to a glass of  sparkling 
wine as they meet with friends in The Lodge.

                           

 Following the drinks reception, three courses of fine dining will be served in the oak panelled Dining Hall; 
the signature room of Westminster College.

The food will be complemented by a variety of carefully selected wines and soft drinks, 
followed by after dinner port and tea or coffee. 
 The main focus of the evening will then turn to the dance floor, at which point guests will be welcomed to redeem their drink tokens, providing two complimentary spirits and mixers from the bar. 
The bar will continue to serve a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks for the remainder of the evening.

Starter:
Cured salmon with lemon ricotta, salmon caviar and compressed celery rye crumbs
Or
Heirloom tomato tart with crumbled feta and black olives, salsa verde (V).

Main Course:
Blade of beef medallion, potato terrine with cauliflower purée, horseradish meringues and wild mushrooms.
Or
Cannelloni of goats curd, roasted vegetables with spinach purée and pickled grapes (V).

Dessert:
Gateaux opera, bitter chocolate soil with white chocolate ice cream.
