2017/2018 Cub Scout Kick Off Meeting - Aug 16, 2017

Dear Pack Family,

Hope you are all enjoying your summer. Before you know it, September will be upon us, which means the start of a new scout year. In preparation for this, we will be hosting our 2017/2018 Kick Off meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 16. at 7p.m. the meeting will be held at my home, 290 Round Hill Dr.

It is important that Den leaders, Assistant Den Leaders attend this meeting as well as parents and committee members.

We will be discussing the upcoming scout year, expectations and activities and how you can volunteer; it's imperative that we have your support to ensure a successful scout year.

We are also looking to fill some key positions.

A list of positions and events will be sent prior to the our meeting so you will have a chance to review and see what interests you.

We do expect all parents to volunteer for at least one event throughout the year.

We have an exciting and busy scouting year planned and need your help. Please make every effort to attend this important meeting.

You can also hand in your annual registration dues for returning scouts during this meeting. Register early and be entered into our raffle. The drawing will be held during the Sept. Pack Mtg. on 9/28 (Note: Fees must be paid to be entered into the raffle). Annual Registration Fee is $90.00 for returning scouts. A registration form will be emailed under separate cover.
