Committee Chair - Chad

Chad is entering his third year as Committtee Chair and his fifth overall year in a Pack 43 leadership role. He is the father of two scouts in the Pack 43 program.

As Committee Chair, Chad works as the Pack's liason to the district and council, leads Pack Committee meetings and oversees critical Pack 43 operations such as chartering, recruitment, registration, inventory management and facilities management.

Cubmaster - Ryan

Ryan is entering his second year as Cubmaster and his third overall year in a Pack 43 leadership role. He is the father of one scout in the Pack 43 program.

As Cubmaster, Ryan serves as the program advisor to the Pack committee while working with other leaders to provide a fun-filled calendar of activities. Ryan leads recognition ceremonies and monthly Pack Meetings.

Treasurer - Sile

Sile is entering her first year as Treasurer and her seventh overall year in a Pack 43 leadership role. Sile is the mother of one scout in the Pack 43 program and has seen two of her other children complete the Pack 43 program.

Sile also designs and delivers programming for the Fifth Grade Arrow of Light Den.
