After ending their fall racing season in a dominating fashion, the CUA Crew heads back indoors for the winter. After the Head of the Hooch, the team will immediately begin an erg training regiment to prepare for the official spring break training trip to Atlanta in March. Over these next four grueling months, the team will be practicing daily. The CUA Crew will be taking countless strokes, as they row toward their goal of optimizing physical and mental strength to prepare for the spring 2014 season.

If you are interested in joining the team for the spring season, all current undergraduate students are encouraged to contact us at rowing.cua@gmail.com for information about our upcoming spring season.

Practice times are Monday through Thursday from 6 to 8:30PM - see you there!
