2019 on-line registration is not yet open.

The 28th Granite Gripper will be held on December 7, 2019, so make your plans to be there.
The competition format is to be determined.

FOOD MENU: Breakfast tacos and coffee available on Saturday morning for donations. Saturday dinner menu is to be determined.

Camping will be at the pavilion and the cost of camping on Friday and Saturday nights is included in your registration.

Purchase park entrance day passes at the pavilion (cash or check, no credit cards). If you have a TPWD annual parks card, you can use it with us at the pavilion. Day use fee is $7 per person for 13 and over; anyone under 13 is free.

There is extremely limited to no connectivity in the park. Due to no connectivity, attendees will need to bring cash or checks to buy anything at the Gripper, including coffee, breakfast tacos, onsite registrations and meal tickets, extra t-shirts, extra raffle tickets, silent auction items.

DOGS: Please leave your dogs at home. Dogs are not allowed at the climbing areas and not allowed to be left in cars or tents while you climb.

Schedule for the day is:
7:00 am - registration opens and all climbers sign a waiver
        Grab some breakfast tacos and coffee before you head out to climb.
8:45 am - mandatory climbers' orientation
9:00 am - climbing begins
5:00 pm - score sheets due at the registration table
6:00 pm dinner, silent auction of great gear donated by our sponsors, awards ceremony, program

The 2018 rules are available before the comp but you have to wait until the morning of the event to see this year's list of routes and points.
