The intermediate level class includes  tai chi, lok hup and Shaolin-based internal stretching exercises.
Master Moy's original methods combine internal elements from tai chi, lok hup, pa kua and tsing yi, challenging students to improve balance, coordination and focus in movement.
The postures and exercises introduce students to sensing "internal" movement"
, the core principle guiding development of the forms and the development of "chi" or internal energy.
