CST

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) originates from Osteopathy. It is a gentle and non invasive therapy that works with the spinal fluid.

CST has an Holistic whole body therapy approach, calming and relaxing the nervous system while improving immune function, it also detoxify's the body and improves the respitory system.

CST works on  physical, physiological and emotional levels, releasing pain and trauma that may be held within the body's tissue or Fascia.

By releasing the soft tissue, it gives the ligaments and tendons which hold the skeletal system in place, a chance to re-organise, allowing for the body to re-align itself. Like peeling back the layers of an onion, each treatment gets closer to the harmony of body, mind and soeul. Releasing years of compensation.

This improves posture, balance, range of motion and reduces compensations within the body.
