The Bristol Group newsletter was produced by Bill Hodgson, a long time member of the Bristol Group and three times winner of the Tom Hoyes Salver for the best Group Newsletter - until his last all colour - home printed issue in September 2015.
Following Bills death in April 2016 the group has adopted the policy of most other groups in England and is now using the printing and distribution facilities of CSPA HQ. So like the rest of the groups our newsletter will be in shades of grey!
Attached are the latest Bristol Group Newsletters in PDF format.
Our Group Secretary, Pat Lomasney, has agreed to coordinate the input for the newsletter and complete the four page editing tasks required before emailing the document to HQ.
As a Group we will endeavour to refund CSPA HQ the cost of postage for the two newsletters as postage had always been the biggest cost in the production and distribution.
The Group newsletter is published and circulated to all Bristol Area members in March and September and all our paid up members in the Bristol Group help contribute to that postage cost refund as well as the cost of running meetings and so on.
It is anticipated that newsletters will continue to be published twice a year as they form a vital link with our local Group membership.
