Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

4 boneless pork loin chops, pounded to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick

1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp White Pepper

2 Eggs, beaten

1-2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

In a dish, mix flour, salt, and peppers.  In another dish place eggs. In a third dish mix bread crumbs, parsley and cheese. 

Dip each pork chop in flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finally the bread crumb mixture. Placing each one on a cookie sheet when finished.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
