Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup quick cooking Oats

1 cup All Purpose Flour

2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 Egg

1-1/2 to 2 cups Milk

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and wet ingredients in a small bowl. Make a well in dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing just until combined.

In a hot skillet, over medium heat place 1/4 cup batter, cook for 3-4 minutes and flip. Cook for 1-3 minutes more.  Repeat with remaining batter.
