Beef Carnita

2-4 Lbs beef roast
1 4oz can chopped green chilis
2 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup salsa
2 Tbsp Chipolte hot sauce

Mix all ingredients except roast in a bowl.  Place roast on Heavy Aluminum foil and rub roast in the
Wrap foil around beef. Place on a baking sheet or in a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 3-4 hours or until beef falls apart.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly.  Shred using two forks and place shredded beef and juices from cooking in a saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
