I'm so happy that you have decided to drop by the Fraser Canyon for a visit! On this website you can find just about anything you might be looking for in The Fraser Canyon region. We begin our trip at the lovely little town of Hope, British Columbia, we then travel parallel with the mighty Fraser River north east along the Trans Canada Highway (Hwy #1) up through Dogwood Valley and into the quaint and cozy village of historic Yale. Once past Yale you will encounter some of the most ruggedly beautiful landscapes of Canada. Through seven tunnels you will weave your way up past Saddle Rock and Sailor Bar to the tiny settlement of Spuzzum. You'll then wind your way to Alexandra, where you can walk across the original bridge, now a designated heritage site, then up to Hells Gate at the very top. Remember to plan ahead and leave time to stop at Hells Gate Airtram to ride across the Fraser River and experience the Hells Gate adventure; while there visit The Fudge Factory, the Salmon House Restaurant and the Goldpanner Gift Shop; definitely a "must see". After Hells Gate you come to Anderson Creek, where there is a beautiful campground and the Tuckkwiowhum Heritage Interpretive Village. 2 more kilometers and you reach  Boston Bar.   Here you have a choice, you can either continue north east along Hwy #1 into Lytton, Spences Bridge and Ashcroft or you can turn on to Chaumox Rd. and cross the Fraser River on Cog Harrington Bridge (up until the 1980's you could only cross by aerial ferry) Take a tour through North Bend and continue up into the Nahatlatch Provincial Park; fishing and camping heaven!.Whichever way you go, we hope you enjoy your stay. Enjoy the journey through our little piece of paradise!
