Crypto Maths Challenge - Welcome

During October 2015 the University of Bath and the Further Maths Support Programme ran a Cryptographic Challenge, based here at the University. While the Crypto HQ is now closed, you can still try to crack the codes (and find the clues on campus if you're visiting).

The challenges range from very simple to the pretty tough. Don't be afraid to get stuck in, but don't be surprised if some of them are challenging...

You can try the challenges anytime online, but once decrypted they will generally give physical instructions about something on campus.

CRYPTO HQ IS NOW CLOSED BUT YOU CAN STILL WORK ON THE CHALLENGES

Get in touch with Ben Sparks (b.j.sparks@bath.ac.uk) if you have questions that are not answered here.

If you enjoy this sort of thing, why not try the National Cipher Challenge, which is run every year by the University of Southampton, and starts around October.
