Welcome to the Crossville Cruisers Car Club web page. We are a ‘hobby’ car club based out of Crossville, TN and Cumberland County. Our car club is made up of individuals and couples who enjoy owning, restoring and driving vehicles of all ages and types. We also go to cruise-ins and car shows in the east-central Tennessee area and participate in auto related activities and events.

Formality is not our ‘strong suit’, as we have no dues to pay nor do we elect any officers. There are several leaders within our club who provide advice, counsel, and guidance while other members offer needed support and participation.

Our ‘regular’ gatherings are held at the Woodmere Plaza parking lot (location of Dairy Queen near downtown Crossville). During better weather, we gather on Thursday afternoon from 3:30pm – 6:00pm; in late fall and winter we meet at the same location on Saturday afternoons from 12 noon – 4pm. To clarify: if we are on “daylight savings” time, we meet on Thursday; if we are on “central standard” time, we meet on Saturdays. Should we need to have an organizational meeting, it will be held at these gatherings.

The primary focus of the Crossville Cruisers Car Club is to organize the Downtown Crossville car cruise-ins for the City of Crossville. These shows are held on the fourth Saturday of each month from April through October, from 1pm – 5 pm. All ‘hobby’ cars are welcome to participate and there are no fees charged for vehicles or visitors. Main Street is blocked off between 6th Street and Lantana Road, and participating vehicles can angle-park on both sides of Main Street, therein. Recorded “oldies” music is played and various food vendors are available for satisfying our need for lunch, ‘munchies’ and soft drink refreshment.

When we aren’t putting on the Crossville car shows, we are finding other cruise-in and car show opportunities in surrounding areas: from Knoxville, to Chattanooga, to Nashville, to southern Kentucky and within. If there is a car show anywhere in that area…and the weather is GOOD…some of our members will be attending the event.

Stop by the Woodmere Plaza when we are there to take a look at our “toys” or just to visit with us. You may even want to become a Crossville Cruiser so that you can have as much fun as we do!
