Mariacristina Rossi

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the School of Management and Economics, University of Turin, Italy where I teach Growth and Development, Economics of Savings adn Pensions, Mciroeconomics and Public Economics.
I am also research fellow at CeRP and Netspar and I belong to the Editorial Board of Ingenere. 
My research interests cover the household decisions on consumption/saving over the life cycle, precautionary saving, portfolio decision and poverty analysis. My research areas also span human capital accumulation with reference to developing countries and gender economics.
I previously worked as a consultant for ILO, UNICEF, UCW (Understanding Children's Work) and the World Bank.
