1)    Congratulations on YETI – Bruce

·       It was AWESOME!

·       Everyone did a great job coming together – Thank You!

 

2)    Update / review of The Spring Party  - Yael

·       It is THIS SATURDAY!

·       Asks for the Staff:

o   Barrel of Cheer – staff contributed raffle item! Need Contributions

o   Most signed up for a ticket, spirit in the room is why participants come

o   During the live auction, spread out, speak with new people, support the live auction by helping guests focus on the auction.

 

3)    Roster Management – Nonna

·       All coaches help Nonna by making sure participants in practice are on the roster

·       Make sure you are checking the updated version of the roster

 

4)    Quick review and comments about The Launch – Ted

a)    How’s it going? 

b)    Frequency?

c)     Content?

d)    Suggestions?

 

5)    ADP notes – Ted

a)    Log time within 24 hours of your work, especially for any travel

b)    We ask supervisors to approve time 2-3 times per pay period

c)    Log all sick time and vacation time through ADP

d)    If anyone needs clarity on pay, scheduling, overtime etc. come by or email

·       Hoping people are able to log w/in 24 hours of their time

·       Trying to create greater ongoing communication between supervisors and coaches

·       Helps Tara/Ted process things earlier over 2 weeks – smooth the workflow

·       If you have coached a regatta that you don’t see, please let us know so that we can add it in for you! – Tara  

 

6)    Pat Larcom - BIG EVENT next Tuesday with Metronic – having their big staff meeting here next Tuesday, 48 people

·       We ask that we keep it professional

·       They are having meetings in Erg room from 8am – 1pm, from 1-3pm they will be out on the water, Pat will switch things up in the erg room, from 3-5pm they will be using the WR, Classroom, 1980 Room, then after 5pm they will be having a Clam Bake.

·       Locker rooms still available just remind athletes to be QUIET coming upstairs

·       Things open back up at 5pm

·       Looking for coxswains from 1-3pm to help OTW

 

7)    Strategic Planning Presentation – Bruce

·       Board initiated a process in December to start new strategic plan

·       Last plan was created in 2009, points accomplished to one degree or another

·       What CRI should be doing in 5-10 years, and a specific road map in years 1-5 on how to get there

·       Next step have staff outline what they would like to do over next 6-12 months into 5 years, think about the future and what is possible

·       Board wants to understand what you (staff) think is possible

·       Process will begin in 4-6 weeks, go to some meetings, write stuff down, board will hash it around and in 9 months we will have a plan for the coming years
