i'm a regulatory economist working for the european chemicals agency (echa) in helsinki. before joining the agency i held positions as lecturer and research fellow at the toulouse school of economics (tse) and the harvard center for health decision science (chds).

my research focuses on preferences for health and safety interventions and the issues that arise in the design of regulatory policies. i work with small and large data sets to analyze decision-making at the micro level and to quantify welfare effects at the macro level.
