Mindful Eating

   Join Miho Hatanaka, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for an introductory mindful eating class without adding or subtracting from your diet, like many other popular diets. You will -
  •  Learn to listen to your body and eat more mindfully,
  •  Experience the art of eating in peace and find joy in every bite,
  •  Learn how to manage stress induced cravings,
  •  Learn to be fully present and look deeply into what you are feeling while eating.

Miho Hatanaka integrates the science of West and the wisdom of East to promote healthy living. She believes nutrition is only a part of a healthy lifestyle, but also healthy minds play a big role on health and wellness.
