We are currently recruiting for virtual/remote and in-person classroom support volunteers. If you would like to apply to volunteer with us as a classroom assistant or conversation partner, please complete the application at the link below. All volunteers in student contact roles are required to pass a criminal background check.

Please read these instructions carefully.

• Conversation group volunteers should complete a classroom volunteer application.

• See the link below for the volunteer application.

• There is no need to include a resume or cover letter with your application. All of the information we need is on the application.

• You will be contacted by email within 48 hours of your application's arrival in our office. If you don't hear from us, please call. 

• Please note that we do not offer support (practicum, 20-hour observation, etc.) for those completing TEFL certification programs. If this is your intention in applying to our program, please understand that we will not complete any course-related documents, assessments, or endorsements on your behalf. No letters confirming participation in the volunteer program will be issued prior to completion of the four-month commitment.

Training sessions are open only to those who are planning to participate in these programs. We cannot accommodate guests who are seeking professional development or training to use in a different program.

Once we have received your application, the volunteer manager will contact you. All volunteers are also required to complete a criminal background check prior to starting a volunteering assignment. More details about this will be provided prior to your start date.
