- 2 c. of raw almonds
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. of coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375˚.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. Toss until almonds are well coated.
- Spread almonds out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool for at least an hour before storing in an airtight container.
