Double Pie Crust

pie crust
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup, + 2 Tablespoons cold lard or butter
7 Tablespoons Ice Water
Combine flour and salt, cut in butter or lard, and add ice water to make a dough. Add ice water a little at a time until the dough will form a ball, adding more a LITTLE at a time until you have enough. Divide in half and use as desired.
