Apple Pie

6 small Granny Smith Apples
1/2 cup Butter
3 Tablespoons Flour
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
Peel, slice, and arrange apples in unbaked pie crust. Place top crust over apples (lattice or other open arrangement.) Combine and simmer remaining ingredients, and pour slowly over pie, being careful not to go too fast, letting the sauce seep into the pie. :) Bake at 425* for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350* for 35-45 minutes, until the apples are done and your pie is a lovely golden color!
