Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 cups flour 
1 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp salt 
1 cup dark brown sugar 
1/2 cup white sugar 
1 cup softened butter 
2 large eggs 
2 tsp vanilla 
2 cups chocolate chips 

1. Preheat oven to 300F 
2. In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
3. In large bowl, beat sugars. Add in butter and mix to form a grainy paste. Add eggs and vanilla. 
4. Fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips.
5. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
