BC Salmon with Cranberry-Jalapeno Jelly

1 Salmon Fillet
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
3 tbsp Cranberries naturally Cranberry-Jalapeno Jelly

Spread cream cheese onthe salmon, then the Cranberry-Jalapeno Jelly.  Place on a cookie sheet unwrapped and bake or BBQ fro about 20 - 25 mins. (depending on the size of the fillet).  Serve with basmati rice and veggies.

* If any left over, flake it and mix with cream cheese.  Roll into cheese ball.
