Chris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a wide variety of projects with values ranging from £10,000 to over £400 million. He has also been using computerised billing software for over 18 years and has experience of Masterbill, CatoPro and RIPAC products.

In 2004, Chris compiled the National Housing Maintenance Schedule (Version 2) for NSR Management Ltd (www.nsrm.co.uk) which is for use on measured term contracts and is based on the National Schedule of Rates widely used throughout the UK by local authorities, housing associations, contractors and insurance companies.
