Welcome to the Coyote Lake Trail Run
Located at Coyote Lake-Harvey Bear Ranch Park
This course travels through the hills just above Coyote Lake. This course offers stunning views of of the Santa Clara Valley. The trails Meander through green grassy farmlands with some of the most beautiful landscapes in the area. The 1/2 Marathon, Marathon and 50k courses have about 3 miles of stunning single-track, 9 miles of well groomed scenic fire roads, and a beautiful short 2 mile paved section per loop. Aid stations will be positioned every 3-4 miles, and will be stocked with Gatorade, water, and sweet/salty snacks. Please carry water accordingly.
10k- a single loop, utilizing parts of the 1/2 Marathon course.
1/2 Marathon- a single loop
Marathon- is two loops of the 1/2 marathon course
50k-two loops, very similar to the Marathon course with a few bonus miles :)
All Races Start at 8:00 am and have a generous 8 hour cutoff.
7:00 am Hiker Division available for the 50k
Marathon and 50k Divisions must complete their first loop by 12 noon.
Half Marathon 1,450 ft.
Marathon 2,900 ft.,
50k approx 3,700 ft (we will be heading out to measure the course and get elevation data soon, stay tuned!)
Race Medals / Shirts
Beautifully Custom Designed Finishers medals will be provided to all finishers of every distance. Awards for top three male and female finishers will be awarded in each distance. Awesome custom designed race shirts included with registration.
Once online registration is closed, you can still register on race day with a $20 day of race registration fee. Register Early for the lowest prices :)
The Fine Print
There will be an emergency response team present in the event of an injury. Aid stations every 3 to 3.5 miles but please carry water as needed. The race will be run rain or shine unless canceled by park rangers. If cancelled, race will then be rescheduled and your entry fee will be applied to the rescheduled race.
