Training Schedule

Our indoor training will start Monday 19th February from 7 to 8pm at the Ballinspittle Community Hall for approximately 7 weeks.
Outdoor training will start on Thursday nights 7 to 8pm @ the GAA pitch, unless a match is on then the time will be 6.30 to  7.30 starting date TBC.

Registration Night

Our registration night for 2018 will be held on Monday 15th January 8pm @ the Ballinspittle Community Hall.
We look forward to seeing familar faces again and we will welcome any new members that wish to join our club.
You can download this years membership form on the link below.
We can only accept athletes born in 2010 or older.
Any new members must have a copy of their birth cert with the membership form.

We Courceys Athletics Club would like to thank all parents, that travelled with there children to various events & for dropping them off for training throughout the year.
And we would also like to thank the children who came down to train & especially those who competed on behalf of Courceys AC.

Cross Country

Sunday 12th November saw Colin Roche travel to Tipperary to compete in the Munster Cross Country Championships.
Colin came in 25th place, and being a member the the Cork team who were placed 3rd overall. Colin came home with a medal.

Sunday 22nd we were lucky enough to have Fionan (U10) & Ordhan (U12) Smith travel to Ennis Co Clare  to compete in the Munster Cross Country Championships.
Ordhan ran a super race. Massive congratulations to Fionan coming 1st.

Sunday 15th October 10 athletes travelled to Glenville on a very wet & cold day,to compete in the County cross country championships.
Doing themselves proud were Ruairi Hogan, Eoghan Hayes, Patrick Collins, Aoife Moloney, Lisa Nield, Claire,Hannah & James Coakley, Jack & Kate Harrington.

Sunday 8th October we had 4 athletes travel to Conna for the County Cross Country Championships.
Colin Roche, Patrick Collins, Kate & Jack Harrington. They all ran very well again doing themselves proud, with Coiln Roche coming in 3rd.

Sunday October 1st for the County cross country championships in Riverstick, we had 13 athletes compete.
Fionn O Donovan, Leon Healy, Tara Hipwell, Lisa Nield, Fionan Smith, Patrick Collins, Aoife Moloney, Brion Mullen, Colin Roche, Orlagh & Yvonne O Mahony, Claire & Hannah Coakley.
They all ran very well on what was a testing course. And all did themselves proud. Especially Fionan Smith coming in 2nd Place.

Sunday 1st October in Riverstick, we have the Juvenile Even-age cross country championships 1st Race 1pm.
Sunday 8th October in Conna, we have the Juvenile Uneven-age cross country championships 2pm start.
