Guided relaxation is a great way to help manage tension, anxiety and stress. Practising relaxation everyday can help us process and manage stressful situations more effectively. You can use relaxation anytime but first thing in the morning can give you a great start to your day. Practising in the evening to unwind or before bed can help aid restful sleep.
