What to expect from therapy

I believe having a space to talk privately is hugely important to us, and often people have never been given the permission to express what they feel and think about issues that are of concern to them.
In Therapy, you can find a way of giving yourself permission to explore your own difficulties at your own pace.  

You can expect to become better informed with some Psycho-Educational work that should help you gain more understanding of yourself, and perhaps why you have arrived in Therapy.
Effective and long lasting change can happen, if you want it to!

The sessions are weekly, and we can discuss the length of time that you expect to be in Counselling, or just leave the process open, because therapy and your recovery will be specific to you, and more often there cannot be a timeframe placed on this.

Just contact me on the details given, and we can arrange a time that is suitable for us both. Once we have agreed a date and time, the first session shall be your
consultation so that you can let me know what you    
                                            need from Therapy.
  At this session , I shall take some information from you like contact and family details.

Fees: £50 per session for an Individual of just under an hour.
Couples, Families and Consultations are charged accordingly.
Concessions are offered for 
students and low waged.
