ARE YOU SUING SOMEONE OR IS SOMEONE SUING YOU?

"I was never ruined but twice-once when I lost a lawsuit, once when I won one." -Voltaire

Whether you’re a plaintiff or defendant, a lawsuit is stressful. That stress affects your mind, body, and emotions. You may feel anger, frustration, resentment, and anxiety, to name just a few. Physically, you may have insomnia, fatigue, weight loss or gain, and/or other body symptoms.

I know. I’ve been there. I know, first hand, what this stress is, and how it affects your life. I’ve been on both sides of a lawsuit. As the plaintiff, I just wanted revenge and to get the bastards who did me wrong. As the defendant, I was both scared--what if I lose?--and furious--how dare they?

It's your lawyer's job to be your advocate and legal adviser--not your counselor or therapist. While lawyers are good listeners and genuinely care about the welfare of their clients, they are not trained to help you deal with your stress as a litigant.

You don’t have to deal with these issues alone. I love working with lawyers and their clients and have a passion for this work.  I can help, and I would be honored to accompany you on this very stressful journey. Please call me at 415-474-6707.

I look forward to hearing from you.  I want to help you get the best possible outcome.

Warmly,

Zora
