Repaying Student Loans

Almost everybody going to college has to take out loans to afford it.  It is imporant to borrow as little as possible, though.
 
Open the attachment below for examples of how much you will have to pay back every month for ten years.  Keep perspective on what this means.  How able you will be to pay back the loan at that rate depends on several factors: Did you go into a well-paying field?   How cheaply are you able to live when you first graduate?  How cheaply are you willing to live?  Will you live in a city where rents are high?  Etc.
