If your home is still under warranty, the State of Texas has assembled the Texas Residential Construction Commission to promote quality construction, and they give homeowners a neutral review of complaints after construction.

Are you building a new home or commercial structure?

Couch Engineering can provide design services for new residential or commercial foundations. Prior to providing a design, a site specific geotechnical report needs to be provided. A geotechnical engineer will perform borings on the site, and perform tests on the soils that will underlay your foundation. The additional costs incurred for this testing is made up in the fact that the foundation will not be over designed, costing more in materials, or under designed, possibly costing more in repairs at some later date.
