1/2 cup whole milk
1 (8oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup cake flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
Meringue
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes, after 70 minutes turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 40 minutes -Do Not Open oven while Cheesecake is cooling or the cake will Fall
