1. What's CU-SeeMe and Reflector?
CU-SeeMe S/W : 1-to-1 A/V Conference tool for Windows/Mac on TCP/IP stack
Reflector S/W : Enable 1-to-many/many-to-many conference using CU-SeeMe
2. Communication
1-to-1 : Direct communication by specifying IP address
CU-SeeMe 'A' ---------------------CU-SeeMe 'B' (Direct communication)
1-to-many, many-to-many : through Reflector.
For example, if there are 4 participants in conference room,
CU-SeeMe 'A' CU-SeeMe 'C' \ / \ / Reflector / \ / \ CU-SeeMe 'B' CU-SeeMe 'D'

7. Tip
Reflector S/W for Solaris is too buggy, especially in multicast Audio
conference using VAT.
WhitePine Reflector V2.0.1 for SunOS4.1.X, Linux, FreeBSD work well.
When you use NV program and participate in CU-SeeMe conference,
make sure NV video stream is encoded as 'CU-SeeMe'.
Otherwise, number of participants will increase abnormally.
VAT <--> CU-SeeMe audio conference works only if encoding schemes are
"Intel DVI(CU-SeeMe)" and "DVI,DVI2 or DVI4(VAT)".
In Reflector configuration, VAT-MC-OUT & VAT-MC-IN should be identical.
When we use BCC option, Secondary Reflector can't recognize multicasting
VAT client of Primary Reflector.
