Pi Program

 4:00pm – 6:30pm DPC open for visits (Astronomy and Historical artifacts Galleries open, Polaris Shuttle Ride operating, videos in the Jupiter Room with Dark Skies related Video, Hubble Telescope Video?, LBT Video
 6:30pm – 7:30pm Lecture PowerPoint Presentation on International Year of Light / Darkskies / MGIO Observatories – Fr. Paul Gabor and Fr. Chris Corbally.
 7:30pm – 8:30pm Star Party Observations with Desert SkyGazers Astronomy Club telescopes and DPC 20” Telescope with camera installed to view in Jupiter Room. This would be a good time for the observatories and businesses to set up an information booth or display in the GAO hallway. – give aways/door prizes at this time would be great.
 8:30pm – 9:30pm Continue with Astronomy and Historical artifacts Galleries open, Polaris Shuttle Ride operating, Movie in the Jupiter Room – "Gravity", "Contact", or documentary on telescopes and light.
