Baked Parmesan Fish

Ingredients:

6 (I used a few more) whole Tilapia (or other white fish) fillets

salt & pepper

6 TBSP butter, softened

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp ground thyme

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400˚.

Place 6 thawed white fish fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Salt and pepper the fish and place in oven for 15-20 minutes.

While the fish cooks, combine butter, garlic, thyme, and parmesan cheese. Stir into a paste. Remove fish from oven and turn oven to broil setting. Move oven rack to broil setting.

Turn (flip) each fillet and spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter mixture on to each one. Place baking sheet back into the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

Remove from oven when fish turns golden brown.

Enjoy!
