I hate you, modern world
What I did was not use the cardboard tray and just stuck it on the oven rack like a pizza. Most food that is microwave-only is really microwave-only. Super annoying if you only have an oven and a toaster oven.
I made a pizza with some goat's milk feta cheese...it was good, so far my body didn't mind the goat dairy. I won't make it a habit though!
