Mickey Mouse Waffle Recipe
how cute is my Mickey Mouse Waffle Iron!!! I love these waffles because they're a bit chewy and doughy! Dust with powered sugar and top with fresh fruit and breakfast is served!! Ingredients: 1 cup water 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs, beaten Directions 1. In a bowl, mix together water, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice and vanilla. 2. Sift flour into a separate, large bowl; stir in baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3. Add sour cream mixture and eggs to flour mixture; blend until smooth. 4. Cook on a lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown; lift off with a fork. Makes 5 Mickey Mouse waffles!
