Cooking enchiladas from a 1936 recipe
Tonight I made stacked/flat enchiladas from a recipe in a 1936 cookbook. They were excellent! Here I'm starting to cook the onions, garlic, and peppers for the chile sauce. This will be a post on Resurrected Recipes soon.
