Ingredient :

 900 gr.   Milk                                     1/2 spoon  jilatin  powder

500 gr.   Cream                                L.g.  Net   1/8  spoon

9  table spoon   Sugar                  Few drops Vanilla Asence

10  table spoon   Milk Powder

1 tea spoon Choclate powder with choclate

5 drops Rose Asence & colour Rasbhary  

 Method :

  • Boil the milk for 4-5 times.
  • Then, mix  it with  sugar,milk pow. ,jilatin,L.g net.
  • Then,  beat  the  milk  till  it  cools
  • Mix the cream  & then  again  beat  it
  • Then, part  the  milk  into  3  parts
  • Mix the choc. powder in the 1st part & freeze it for 1 hr.
  • Mix Vanilla Asence in the 2nd part & pour it in the  already freezed  mixture  of  choclate & again freeze it
  • Mix Rose Asence & rasbhary in the 3rd & pour this part in the main base and freeze it nicely .

And  then your  delicious ice cream  is ready  to  serve.




Ingredients :


Instant  Coffee  1 table spoon

Boiled  Water     150  ml

Cold  Milk             600  ml

Vanilla  Assence    Few drops

Icing  Sugar        2 tea  spoon

Crushed    Ice


Method  :

  • Mix  coffee  in  the  boiled  water  and  let  it  cool.
  • Then  mix cold  milk , Icing  sugar & few  drops  of  Vanilla  Assence.
  • In  the  serving  glass,  first  put  some crushed  ice  into  it  and  then  pour  the  coffee.
  • Garnish  your  Iced  -  Coffee  with  coco  powder  and  grated  choclate. 

 And  your  delicious  Iced  -  Coffee  is ready  .





Ingredients     :

 Dark  Choclate                      200  gm

Condensed  Milk                  1/2  cup

Butter                                          1/2  cup

Crushed  biscuit                   1/2  cup

Nuts                                              1/2  cup

Water                                            2     cup

Cream & Icing sugar          For  garnish

 Method      :

  • Boil  the  water  in  a  double  -  bowler.
  • Mix  the  pieces  of  Choclates  &  Butter  in  it  and  stir  it  continously  till  it  melts.
  • Then , mix  Condensed  milk  ,crushed biscuit & nuts in the molten choclate  and  stir  it  nicely.
  • Coat  the  mould  with  butter , and  pour  the  mixture  of  molten  choclate  in  it. 
  • Keep  the  mixture  stable  till  it  comes  at  room  temp. , and  then  keep  it  in  the  freezer  for  1  hr.
  • After  freezing  it , garnish  it  with  cream & icing  sugar  with  the  help  of  a  cone.

Now , your  delicious  Brownie  is  ready  to  serve.
