                                              NOODLES

 

Ingredients   :

 Noodles                                   400  gm

Chopped carrot                  100  gm

Chopped Capsicum         100  gm

Chopped onion                   100  gm

Chopped cabbage              100  gm

Chopped beans                    100  gm

Vinegar                                     1/2  cup

Soya sauce                              2  tea sp.

Ajinomoto                              a pinch

Salt & Black pepper           according to taste

Butter                                        1  table sp.

 Method       :

  • Boil 2 cup water and pour  the noodles in it.
  • Put all the chopped vegetables in the frying pan and fry it nicely.
  • Pour a pinch of salt & ajinomoto in it.
  • Put the noodles in a seperate pan.
  • Pour soya sauce, vinegar in it & mix it nicely.]
  • Mix the vegetables & noodles together.
  • Pour black pepper in it.

Your delicious  Noodles  is ready to serve.

 

                                             PANEER   MACRONI

 

 

Ingredients     :

 Macroni                                                  1 pkt.

Grated Paneer                                    250 gm

Grated   Onion                                    50 gm

  ' '              Carrot                                    50 gm

  ' '              Capsicum                            50 gm

  ' '              Cabbage                                 50 gm

Vinegar                                                    1 table sp.

Soya Sauce                                             1 table sp.

Vegetable Oil                                       1 tea sp.

 

Method      :

  • Take oil in a pan and fry grated onion in it till it becomes light brown in colour .
  • Boil carrot,capsicum,cabbage along with the onion in the pan.
  • Take warm water in a seperate container and pour Macroni it it till it becomes soft.
  • Mix Macroni with the boiled vegetables.
  • Add vinegar,soya sauce in the mixture.
  • In the serving bowl, first put the layer of Macroni.
  • Then, the layer of grated Paneer over it.
  • Then, again a layer of Macroni & then Paneer.
  • Bake it in the Microvave Oven for 4 mins.
  • Garnish it with Tomato & Chilly Sauce.

 Your delicious   Paneer  Macroni   is ready to serve.
