Ham and Egg Bake

12 slices white bread, cubed

3 cups diced ham

12 eggs

3 cups milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1/3 cup butter, melted



In a large bowl combine, eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. 

Cover bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with half of cubed bread.

Top with half of diced ham and cheese. 

Top with the rest of sliced bread, then the rest of ham and cheese. 

Pour milk mixture over sliced bread. 

Let stand in refrigerator overnight. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake uncovered for one hour.
