Clogging
is an American Folk Dance that looks like a cross between Irish, tap
and square dancing. We dance to upbeat bluegrass, swing, pop, or rock
music - think Punch Brothers, The Record Company, Asleep at the Wheel,
Michael Frante, Aretha Franklin, Kacey Musgraves & Bob Schneider. Clogging
is a form of dance that meets all the criteria of "total exercise" -
stretching, toning, posture, coordination, circulation, energy and
stress reduction. Above all, it's a lot of fun.
