James Earl Ray
was framed,  the crime scene was destroyed,  and witnesses were killed.

In 1999, a trial court in Memphis Tennessee found that James Earl Ray did not murder Dr. Martin Luther King.

The King family hired lawyer William Pepper to prove that the Cosa Nostra and government conspirators murdered Martin King.
