Aim of the conference:

The purpose of the conference is to compare two realities that share the personal human nature. Both human rights and communication belong to human beings. Both have their origin in human nature: humans have the so-called "human rights" because they are assigned only to humans, the same with the ability to communicate in many ways, from the most primitive to today's sophisticated technological means is a human feature.
